Why they bought it
The refrigerator and the range are on the same circuit, and that is the wall I had actually thought about. Took one outlet, went in with one hand, indicator came on. I have no idea what it is doing and the page does not pretend to know either, which is oddly why I ordered.
This was my only real worry. It sits flat against the plate, so the outlet below is still usable for the kettle.
